University of Maine


The University of Maine (likewise alluded to as UMaine or Maine) is an open exploration college situated in Orono, Maine, United States. History

College of Maine was established in 1862 as a component of the Morrill Act, marked by President Lincoln. Built up in 1865 and initially Arts, the Maine College opened on September 21, 1868, changing its name to the University of Maine in 1897.
